The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Low-angle face past a bolt gains a short crack and finishes at anchors atop the formation.
Location
Right of Fresh Combination and starts from the notch between Pyramid Tower and The Stirrup.
