The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Location
Situated on a lower block that terminates at a ledge halfway up the middle of Upper Walt's Rock. This route finishes at the start to Where Were You (5.10a). Easily set up as a TR.
