Description

"This is a favorite if you're from South Park, I guess. Start off with a big pull on a big chunk reminiscent of Mr. Hanky, then go up the face on good holds past the crux. Then it is slab climbing to the anchors." Tod Anderson

Location

This is the 4th route from the left on The Left Cheek.

Protection

8-9 bolts, 2 bolt anchor.

[Hide Comment] This was a great route. The rock is awesome and has a cool bouldery start, I thought the little head wall at the top held the crux (5th bolt?, sorry long day). This area is gorgeous, great fall day. Oct 24, 2011

[Hide Comment] Nothing very technical to this one, found it to be easier than the routes on either side. Great start, fun route! Jun 14, 2012

[Hide Comment] Super fun with lots of incut face holds and a few friction feet moves. Do it! Jul 31, 2019

[Hide Comment] Unfortunately, Mr. Hanky is starting to show his age. The Christmas Poo is flexing pretty good as of yesterday. I would highly recommend stickclipping the first bolt or clipping off of a lower hold if possible. The bulbous hold really needs to be glued (preferable) or trundled at this point. It would be a very bad fall if the hold were to break while trying to clip that first bolt. Jun 6, 2021

[Hide Comment] Did this today, and the jug didn't seem wobbly. Did somebody glue it? A stickclip to bolt 2 is probably the best way to go regardless.

Great route with fun moves all the way. Steep in places but juggy. Jul 10, 2022
