Description Suggest change

This is a steep, left leaning finger crack that packs a lot of punch for its length. It's often toproped, less-frequently led, and just a bit too high to be a boulder problem.

Location Suggest change

From the campground head southeast toward the Nature Loop Trail, follow for 1/8th mile which is half way through the loop, merge onto a trail called the Cochise Trail (and on some maps such as Google will call it the Sky Island Traverse Trail.) Shortly after this you will cross a (likely) dry stream bed, where the trail will continue with the stream bed on the right. Follow for another 1/3 mile and you will come to a large cluster of boulders that are off of the right side of the trail. This is where the majority of the Cochise Boulder Trail Boulders are. They are between the trail and stream bed and then continue to the other side of the stream bed.

The Dominatrix Crack Boulder is large (see map coordinates.) and right off the trail with the crack being on the southeast corner of the boulder.
