Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Description
Work up opposing sidepulls with feet stemmed wide and make a reach for the top on this technical outing. A somewhat height-dependent problem that taller climbers may find somewhat easier for the grade.

East face of the boulder, just around and right from the descent.
