Description Suggest change

Basically very long hike (Rated 2A in Russian classification). 7-12 hours from "Shelter-11" to the summit of Mt. Elbrus (5642m) and back. Routinely, people go without a rope, but do not underestimate rapid weather changes and significant altitude. Every year the mountain claims several lives of climbers unprepared for rapid weather deterioration.

Protection Suggest change

In summer no pro needed.
