Description

A little more strenous than Roof Crack. The wider crack work may soften or stiffen the rating.

Location

Climb the corner to the right of Roof Crack.

Protection

Gear to #4, 2 bolt anchor with rap ring.

[Hide Comment] I thought this was a lot more strenuous then roof crack. I on sighted roof crack and fell 3 or 4 times at this crux. It gets wide!

Also there is a two bolt anchor with rap ring on top of locomotive breath. It can easily be used for this route. I placed a number 2 as a directional then clipped into this anchor and lowered off. It worked great to belay my partner, then we TRed locomotive breath. Jan 13, 2014
