The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
About 100 meters left of Rubicon is a small but smooth, clean face where you'll find this short and somewhat gritty offwidth.
Not especially memorable and probably only of interest to wide crack fans.
