Description
Pass the Sputnik Boulder like you are going up to the main area for the Lower Satellites and the Third Flatiron. Do a big S-turn past some other boulders and you will come to a fork in the trail. Go left towards the main Satellites area. Pass The Wave on your left and the Stardust Boulder (with the classic Aerogel) on your right.
Just after the Stardust Boulder, turn right into the talus toward what looks like (and is) an immense boulder. The Mothership Overhang is on the far end of the North face of The Mothership. Start on good holds at waist height maybe 10 feet left of the Northwest Corner. Reach to a layaway, do a cool drop-knee to a slopey horizontal finger slot, match and move up and right on good holds onto the immense slab which you must negotiate to the the other side to get down. FUN FUN FUN.
