Here I am at the crux of the "second pitch". I linked up the two pitches (was actually doing Friends in High Places). My last piece of pro was a nut placed at my feet in not the best looking rock. If the nut failed, a fall would have slammed me back into the first pitch dihedral.

Me on the first pitch of Purple Haze (taken by my wife). I was actually doing Friends in High Places but thought this was the first pitch to that.
