July 25 2021. We hiked up at night for an early morning climb. Our intent was to avoid the heat, and run into a summer storm. We found a small cave to spend the night dry right below El Yelmo.

Photo taken from the bolt in P3. My colleague is in the P2 anchor. This is one of the long and protectable traverse sections but as you can see the rock is not steep.
