The dreaded decomposing "Lichen Traverse." I wish I was double-belayed too, but at least I wasn't on lead.
Some wild views from the top of the 5.9 pitch, just before the traverse.
An updated photo of the lichen traverse anchor. There is one I did not see high and right. The pins all flex under body weight.
A good picture of the 5.9 crux pitch (red) - you can see the large boulder you can sling for an anchor. You can also see the belay ledge and lichen traverse in this photo (yellow).
The dreaded decomposing lichen traverse - sketchy pro and lichen that progressively gets worse and worse as you go on. Don't forget your helmet like I did! No falls! Great views!
