On our hike out (back down to Aguirre Springs), looking up the approach Gulley. LtoR: Middle Rabbit Ear (w/ the church key looming over the MRE/NRE col), North Rabbit Ear, The Cwm, and Last Peak. As can be seen in the photo, there is some boulder scrambling to get up the approach gulley. One of several micro-pine forests is partially obscuring The Cwm.

I found this image on the web, hopefully the photographer doesn't mind it's use here. The Cwm is the steeper of the two inclined plane peaks to the left (North) of the massive NRE, and is illuminated by the sun.

Looking up the summit plane of The Cwm from near the bottom where the west ridge route comes up. It's hard to get a feel for the angle of the plane here, maybe 30 degrees(?), it can be walked, but you will occasionally put a hand down for balance (you'll want some shoes with good rubber).
