Jan&Herb Conn in South Dakota. The Conns put up many routes in the East, including classic routes at Carderock and Seneca Rocks. They developed the Needles in South Dakota, explored nearby Wind Cave, which became a national monument, and even maintained Mt Rushmore, rapelling to brush presidential noses.
