Looking for climbing/ski partner for Pika Glacier AK May 3rd-10th

I unexpectedly have the 3rd-10th free in Alaska due to a delayed start date, and would like to make the best use of it possible.

To that end I'm looking for a partner to fly in to the Pika Glacier with and do some 5.8-5.9 routes for the week. I'm stoked on Lost Marsupial, Middle Troll, Boomerang Buttress, and Di's Surprise, also open to anything else around that pay grade if you're interested in a particular route. I'd also love to do some skiing on off days.

About me:

  • 6 years climbing experience, primarily multipitch trad
  • 3 years alpine and glacier experience
  • Currently lead 5.9+ trad, WI3, M3
  • EMT with the park service
  • Recently completed a Pro 1
  • Been told I "ski like a climber" (I'll get down anything without an actual cliff but I don't make it look good)

Ideally looking for a partner of similar climbing ability who's solid with avy and crevasse rescue. I have all the team gear we could need, so you would just need your personal stuff.

If that all sounds good to you send me a message and we can talk!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
