Sad be the day for the hardest of partings, but it's time to let go of my beloved Hawk Chaser. Located on the Oregon coast (Lakeside). I can make a drive to meet someone if need be.

Her name is Hawk Chaser, and she’s known far and wide as the Phantom of I90. She’s got a lot of heart, a lot of courage, and a lot of guts. Also, a lot of stains. For 10 years she took me all over the country multiple times. She’s been my home, my home away from home, my chariot and my best friend. I’m incredibly sad to see her go, but it’s time she takes someone else on a lifetime worth of adventures.

The back has been built out as a sleeping platform with storage cubby where the rear seats were. The platform comes out in 3 pieces, and the rear piece is easily removable to provide access to the spare. (Note: There are no rear seat belts, period. Also, there’s no place to lock the rear seat backs upright, so there’s no putting rear seats back in her.)

She’s never failed to start, not even with a blown motor. She’s never left me stuck, except that one time her motor blew. Mechanically she’s fairly sound – the catalytic converter is bad but it doesn’t effect performance/mpg much, so I keep a code reader in the console to clear out the code when the c. converter trips it (which it does from time to time.) The tint is pealing on the passenger windows, but she has pretty nice floor mats. The headliner has been signed by a number of very important people in my life, so you’ll never be traveling alone, even when you’re by yourself. (see photo for reference, all pins have been removed.)

Comes with a set of snow chains, and a ton of good woo.

245,717 on the odometer but she’s on her 2nd motor, unsure of the exact miles on it but I’ve put about 50K on it. About 10k miles on the brakes and tires. Email me with any questions: brookekeithwagner@gmail.com
