Snowshoes that fit a size 14, 8000m boot?

I made a post yesterday regarding getting away with the G-Summits with an overboot and heated socks on the West Butt on late May. It seems that won’t be enough.

The main reason I wanted to see if I could do that is because my 8000m boots are quite large. I wear a size 14 in men’s and the MSR EVO Ascents weren’t big enough. The straps fit, but the opening that the front of my feet goes through as I pick my foot up won’t fit.

Does anyone have any recommendations for snowshoes that can fit these behemoths?

If not, I was considering buying the G2’s

You have my vote for going with the G2 EVO

I'm not quite sure the dimensions of your boot but I'm wearing a 6000m boot size 15 (EU49) and they fit reasonably well with the 25" MSR Lightning Ascent snowshoes without any modifications or anything.

Thank you for sharing Paul!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
