Wrist braces at night

Wearing wrist braces at night has come up in other threads such as for tendonitis, etc. I've also heard it mention on Cold Fear podcast for sleeping with bent/curled wrists. I happen to curl my wrists at night and particularly so when training more often. Main question is what braces or equivalent have you found to be a good investment? Lots of options out there and figured I'd ask for this specific use case before pulling the trigger on another widget.

I’ve had pretty good results from doing the PT required for wrist tendonitis. Never went the brace direction. Before pulling the trigger, what are you doing for exercises to alleviate the tendinitis?

I am super susceptible to carpal tunnel and my wrists being little bitches at night. Waking up screaming in pain while wall climbing is just one of the few pleasures of climbing with me.
Braces are very helpful for me. Stretching everything out before bed is very helpful. I have also been refining a pair of batting gloves with elastic cord rigged up like plantar fascitis socks.

Don’t believe the hype about rehab exercises. They work but will never be as cool as waking up screaming or MYOG gloves.

I had good success with a cheap wrist brace from Walmart. Like $10.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
