Dumb phone with hotspot

Anybody know of a dumb phone with a hotspot? Talking flip phone no touch screen or apps etc

LOL. No. Just get a dedicated hotspot if you want to run a computer without having a smart phone.

There is no option for a dedicated hot spot I am finding. Seems they only exist in phones now and you have to use a smartphone on a plan. Please enlighten me if that is not the case I'd love a dedicated hotspot.
