Block Ice Nearby

Does anyone know of a store (gas station, grocery, or other) selling block ice nearby? I would prefer not to get dry ice, but am open to sources of that of blocks are not available. I will be at the campground for a couple of weeks at the end of March and would prefer not to go too far into town.

This is on Red Rock, not elsewhere in Nevada

Go into any major grocery store and ask. They usually will have it in the back of its not in an isle.
