That's one of the most hideous houses I've ever seen. Plus it's in Arkansas - another huge negative.

I don’t think I could ever live in AR, but the climbing is generally really good and there is lots of it. The house and property are really cheap, also.

I wonder if any permits were pulled to build that thing. I bet it gets cold as hell in winter. Also, it’s listed as a lot in Zillow.

But you can’t beat that location. If it had been done right it would be really sweet.
