Trail running in AZ ?

Any cool events in the 13-30 mile range? Going to be in the far southeast corner of the state and looking to connect with runners and climbers... And after spending a snowy winter trudging through deep pow, take advantage of stronger than usual legs ! 

If you're in Phoenix can create a loop in south mountain park..  I thought it was good running with some peak and view options
