Suggestion - remove requirement for explanation for tagging a post as spam.

Why? - right now, there are 10 spam posts by the same user with lists of coupons for temu. Explaining why each is spam is redundant

Edit - counted 24 right now!

Or use forum software that allows for manual approval of posts until reputation gained.

Or just block a user that creates more than, say, three topics within an hour until someone vets them

I don't understand how these spam posts from a single user are getting through the daily post cap???  Or does that only apply to replies in a given topic and not the creation of new topics?  If so that should be changed...

You don't need to explain why it's spam - a single space in that field will do.

The problem is that the reason field is a required field for any of the 3 selections. It should be required only for the "Other (explain why)" option.

Excellent point!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
