La Sportiva Bushido III

La Sportiva released the new version of the Bushido in mid-2024. I am planning to buy a new pair asap but from what I have seen online it doesn't really look there isn't actually a difference between this and version II.

Has anyone had a chance to try them on and take them for a a spin?

Likely not much significant difference except that  this year’s model is also available in a wide option, which made It possible for me to wear them. Nothing for me to compare them to because previously too narrow. Can even fit orthotics in it now. 

I have a pair of the new versions, and I really love them. I usually train in other shoes, but I bust them out for long hikes or speedy objectives, and they are amazing. Wore them with gaiters for St Helens and some scrambles in August, and they performed superbly.

As a side note, the rubber seems just as sticky as my TX4 approach shoes, they’re obviously just not as stiff. 

I have a pair that don’t fit me. I was gonna post them on the sale forum tomorrow. I think they’re 42s but I’ll verify in the morning.

Well you'll see how good they are. My favourite trail runners together with the Mutant.

Something I can't tell by looking at online photos of version 3 is lug depth. Are still the same or different?
