Backcountry Route in the Wind Rivers

I am planning on some climbing in the Wind Rivers this summer and in researching I found the Milky Lakes and Bull River. Looks like a stunning valley, and I'd love to traverse the Wind Rivers from Titcomb Basin into that area. Friends probably would be able to pick us up on the east side on some dirt road outside of Crowheart/Willow Creek.

In trying to find the optimal route for this, this pass just north of Helen Peak and onto Helen Glacier seems feasible. I will be doing this in mid July so I'm not sure if the whole snow field will be melted out though. If there are any other routes which would accomplish my goal I am open minded, what do you think would be best to accomplish this goal? Some Beta would be great!

It's unlikely that snow field will be melted out, on the east side of the divide in a low snow year I'd assume to be navigating some crevasses higher up. I've hiked a long the wind river high route a few summers now and the snow/glaciers up high change quite a bit. Caltopo has some great filters you can use to help predict what you may encounter.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
