ios 18.2 iphone 15 crashes
|
Hi. New phone. The app crashes if I try to look at any route or area. I hope there's some work around; Have a trip in 2 days. I deleted the app and re downloaded some areas, but no luck. I tried disabling cellular data. The forums and the map seem to work. Just can't go into any areas. |

Same with me. I’m running most updated IOS on an iPhone 13. Mountain project app is updated as well keeps crashing relentlessly |

My partner and I believe it's the newest app update that's causing it. We are in the middle of our trip. He did the update a couple of days ago and the app started crashing after that. He told me, "whatever you do, do not update your MtnProject." I'm staying on 4.6.3 and it's the only working app for us right now. (Correction: The latest version that's broken is 4.6.4. My app is actually on 4.6.1. I'm not updating it until this crash is fixed.) |

Same here. Just got a new iPhone 15 on iOS 18.2 and Mountain Project version 4.6.4 continuously crashes before I can access any routes or climbing areas. Tried restarting phone, deleting and re-downloading the MP app multiple times without improvement. Hope they fix this soon! |

I can confirm the above issue. I can’t open any area or route without an immediate crash.

Ditto. Immediately crashes when visiting any route page. |

Just got iPhone 15, same problem |

Same for me. iPhone 14, iOS 18.1.1 |
|
Same, iphone 16 pro 18.2 |

Same here, iPhone 10, updated iOS, whenever I try to open a route or area app crashes. I’m pretty sure this started after the update earlier this week |

We're looking into it. We reproduced the crash, just have to track it down. No workaround yet, just avoid updating to 4.6.4. |

Just downloaded after a recommendation. Native app is completely unusable… webapp seems useful though. Hopefully your prod team gets it sorted soon. |

Just an fyi - app seems to crash independent of phone type. |
|
apple doesn't let developers publish old versions. |
|
We're rolling out a fix over the next few days. Please try version 4.6.5 when it's available to you. Should have mentioned, the workaround is to use the website... except when offline. |
|
FYI - just installed 4.6.5 from the Apple Store which seems to fix the problem. |

4.6.5 crashes immediately after the splash screen for me. Whereas 4.6.4 only crashed once I opened an area or route. |
