Room for rent in Summerlin, long term prefered short.

My Roommate wants to move back to move back to denver a bit before our lease is up. We have a 4 bed 3 bath place right by the albertsons in summerlin. Its a great location and a lovely house. I am a long time vegas resident and former guide who now works in the entertainment industry.  I would Ideally like to find a long term renter to take over my roommates lease. if you have any questions please feel free to shoot me a DM.
