Long-lost Mountain Axe

Kind-of embarrassing that it has taken me this long to post about it, but I was unsure of where to best do it.  Last spring I inadvertently left behind my mountain axe on "Broadway" on the flank of Mt. Shasta.  I'm sure somebody out there found it stuck in the snow and collected it.  It is an old, traditional tool, but has sentimental value to me.  I bought the axe over 40 years ago and did my first ever ice-climbing with it.  Please respond here if you have it.  I can positively ID everything about it.
