Shoutout for repair services at Mystery Ranch!

I had what seemed like abnormal wear to the zipper webbing on my Tower 47.  Submitted request, got approved for warranty repair, followed simple instructions.  After the promised turnaround, received the pack back in great shape, with new zippers, plus some patches here and there for extra TLC.

Within the first week that I had it back, a critter destroyed the upper compartment panel, and it couldn't be mended with a simple patch (I did hang it from a tree, just did a shit job of it).  Straight back to the shop for a paid repair job this time, and equally impeccable results.  Good as new, plus I got to pick the replacement panel color.

Six months later, still going strong.

Easy process, quick communication, reasonable turnaround time, quality craftsmanship, affordable on the paid work, and overall excellent service for both warranty and paid repairs.  I'm not affiliated with the company in any way, I just like 'em.

bonus color coordination with the harness, ha! -- and a side shoutout to Misty Mountain for being just as great

Thanks for sharing, Annie.

Mystery Ranch makes solid products. I started using their packs while in Iraq and Afghanistan. Expensive but worth every penny.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
