Indoor climbing recommendations

Hey climbing community,

I’ll be traveling from New Hampshire to the DC area  for the holiday and was wondering about any gym recommendations along the way or off the beaten path.  Thanks!

Gravity Vault, either Upper Saddle River, Hoboken, Chatham or whatever is closest.  NJ, NY, PA

Delaware Rock Gym is about 10-15 minutes off I-95 in Bear, DE.  Nice gym, lead, TR, and bouldering.

Reach Climbing right outside of Philly.

Presuming you are coming down 95 and depending upon how you will be going through or around Boston, there are several options within close proximity to the various highways in the metropolitan area including, but not limited to, Metrorock in Littleton (close to 495 NW of the city) and Central Rock Gym in Randolph, south of town --not far from 95. Further south in CT, there is Climb Fairfield, also accessible from 95.In NY, there is The Rock Club in New Rochelle, not far from the highway.

I also second Chris's recommendation of Reach in Bridgeport, PA outside of Philadelphia---an excellent gym but not really close to 95. 

Bouldering project in dc has a really cool wall that’s like 100 feet long at 60 degrees (this is a guess, I don’t actually know) and the floor rises up underneath the wall the whole time. Highly recommend checking it out it’s very unique.

GOAT climbing gym in Hackensack NJ has the best indoor sport climbing north of Atlanta and in the eastern time zone. 60 foot walls, comp style setting, it's worth a visit!
