Pain between 2nd and 3rd metacarpal

Having some pain between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal around the knuckles on my right hand after a full day of crack climbing. The pain is internal and seems to flare up with wrist rotation and pinching. Planning on seeing a primary care doc if it doesnt improve in a few days, just seeing if anyone else has experienced this.
