Off Trail Scrambling & Trekking in Patagonia / South America

We have 10 days in South America at the end of December and are looking for an epic trekking / scrambling adventure. Would like to go to a remote place where we can feel alone. Off trail backpacking is great but would love to bag a few peaks as well. We are looking for the opposite of the W Trek. We'll be coming from Buenos Aires so thinking Patagonia but open to any part of South America. Any and all recommendations for anything in this vein would be very much appreciated!

Patagonia is very large.  You may want to narrow down the area if you want people to help.
