You're looking at a custom built Camper-van currently at 84,500 miles and asking $37,500 and located in Las Vegas, NV.
Seats, seating tracks, and subfloor have been removed to make room for traditional subfloor and insulated, hardwood/laminate flooring. Platform bed has been installed with maximum overhead sleeping height, as well as, plenty of under bed storage. The bed converts into two couch seats. One facing out of the back doors, perfect for nature viewing, and the other side of the bed converts into a couch seat which faces the driver's seats. Utilize the swivel plates on the driver and passenger seats and enjoy seating for 4 people, while also having easy access to the sink and refrigerator. The sink, refrigerator, interior lighting, and charging ports all run off a 2000W portable power bank.

The power bank is a Bluetti AC200P. The power station charges while you drive at 200W. On road trips that charging is all you need to maintain power to all utilities. When you arrive at your destination the power bank can run all utilities for 2-4 days, without driving. It can also be charged by solar or a wall outlet, making it super easy to stay powered up. The van is equipped with factory overhead lighting and an airbag curtain, making this a much safer vehicle, in addition, the headliner was removed and organic insulation was installed which helps keep the van much cooler in warmer conditions.

In addition to the insulation, limo tint has been professionally installed on all back windows, and high tint has been installed on the driver and passenger windows. When you buy this camper van you are buying a reliable Ford truck with a v6 engine (expected to get 200,000+ miles), you are buying the utilities and modifications including: power bank, pro tint, refrigerator, interior lighting, LED faucet, custom vanity w/ basin sink, JBL rechargeable speaker, AUTOMATIC car starter, and all the love and creativity of the builder, all this and you can register this vehicle for personal use and as a passenger vehicle, saving you a ton of money.

Message if interested in more pictures. We have plenty to share, couldn’t post them on this listing…

I'd be careful with this one - appears to be the second post for this van, yet the other one had 140,000 miles.

That was also me, this first post was first time posting on mountain project’s forum. It’s my husband’s van and I misremembered the mileage.
This current post is 100% accurate and true, nothing to be aware of.
We’re honestly trying to sell our van and the correct mileage is 84,500.

I’ve updated the first listing (didn’t know it was still active) to match the correct information. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
