Looking for a megamid or similar mid-shelter (MSR Front Range, MLD Duomid, etc).

What's out there!

Would you want a Pyraomm Duo?

I bought a brand new one recently but might switch to a freestanding tent for some different ground conditions.

It's basically very similar to the Duomid XL Silpoly version.

Tarp: https://liteway.equipment/pyraomm-duo-tarp

Inner: https://liteway.equipment/shelters/pyraomm-duo/pyraomm-duo-half-mesh

Retail was $285 usd (tarp) + $197 usd (inner) = $482 + tax and shipping, so over $500.

I'd be willing to sell for around $400 shipped. It's brand new though doesn't have guylines/stakes, just the tarp+inner.

I have a like-new (used for three nights) Hyperlite Mountain Gear Ultamid 2 (https://www.hyperlitemountaingear.com/products/ultamid-2-ultralight-pyramid-tent) for sale.

Also available is a NWOT Ultamid 2 Half Insert (https://www.hyperlitemountaingear.com/products/ultamid-2-half-insert) and the carbon fiber tent pole (https://www.hyperlitemountaingear.com/products/carbon-fiber-tent-poles?variant=41896802156589) that go with this tent.

Feel free to DM me if you are interested.

I recommend a dedicated carbon center pole for the HMG mid. Had bad experience using trekking poles. Great shelter I have the 4.

Good tip thanks! Currently hoping theres a megamid or front range kicking around, as nice as the DCF is its a bit out of my budget.

Anyone have a solomid xl or smaller mid they are selling? Not sure I like the huge footprint of the pyraomm duo though. Can be stressful depending on pitch place but that's kind of the nature of all 2p tents.
