I've seen some negative reviews. I've had 2 resoles recently and both were quick and the shoes perform great, didn't stretch out, and I'm over all very happy with the customer service and work that was done. Had a pair of dragos with rand and sole done with unparallel rubber, and also a rand and half sole on a pair of the pros.
