For anyone who has been using one of these , which do you prefer......for measuring finger strength and training force, and ease of using the phone app for these?

........"Force Board" or "Tindeg" dynamometer?

thanks for any info or advice!

I have the Force Board. It’s been a game-changer from a finger-strength training and rehab perspective. Its data is well-visualized, and building protocols is breezy. It would be a hassle for repeaters (I just use a hang board), but love it for any strength or power exercises. It is also great for slowly reintroducing hangs to injured fingers.

It does cost $30 a year post-purchase for workout tracking and some other features, and I don’t think that it offers huge advantages over no-hangs with weights, if you have a good data monitoring system. If you’re looking for an easy way to quantify your finger training, though, it’s a great tool.

I have a tindeq that i basically never use apart from benchmarking myself occasionally because the Bluetooth is super finicky and it just got too annoying. It’s an older model and I think they might have improved the quality so ymmv.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
