Here it is: An extremely rare copy of Fred Beckey's 100 Favorite North American Climbs. Published by Patagonia Press.

Copyright 2011, ISBN: 978-0-9801227-1-8

A piece of history written by the man himself; a collector's item from the greatest Dirtbag who will ever be.

I'm going to take my time selling this - as of this ad being posted there is nowhere to find this book online - but am open to offers.

Is it a handwritten copy or something? Bonus silent partner in the back flap? I don’t get it

Dang, if these are fetching north of $600 then I'll let mine go for $600 shipped hahahaha.

You can get it on a kindle for 8$ right now. Probably can get a pirated pdf for free if you poke around.

$70 shipped. I’ll pay with EXTREMELY RARE $2 bills.

You guys are all pretty much right. I did see a copy of this on Abe Books for $500 last year, and it's impossible to find now. If you can find it somewhere else grab it!

I've got one that I'll let go for $599 and I'll throw in a rack of pitons.

Willing to let mine go for $575 and I will even throw in some ratty tat, so old it was probably rapped off of by Beckey himself

If I buy this can I finally call myself a dirtbag?

Only if you buy mine

My buddy sent me one of these (among other books) for free.  had no idea it was worth so much.

Thanks James!

I'll trade a half eaten (by a dog) American Fork Guidebook for it if you're looking to barter

I think used book sites price things automatically based on how often they're sold online, so some obscure books get priced crazy high which are actually kind of easy to find (but just don't often pop up on Abe/thriftbooks, etc). Source: I often have to buy random esoteric books and someone told me this once

OP’s hefty asking price aside, this is not a legit site.

How much for signed books?  I might be buried with mine.
