packrafting/climbing trip in October

Hey,

I am planning to take 15 days off in October and I would like to do a climbing/packraft expedition style trip. I would love to get some advice for this. I have a lot of experience as climber but fairly new to white water and would like try to get a partner to balance out my lack of experience in the river. I was hoping to do tall cliffs but nothing too crazy and avoid ice or glaciers, and keep it in the 10+ grade. As for the white water, I was hoping that it was exciting but not too dangerous. A cool trip, but not over the top, if that makes sense. Also, where would be good in the US at this time of the year? When you say packraft and climbing, a lot of people suggest Alaska, but in October that would be impossible. So if you have any tips, feel free to let me know. Also, I would love to connect to other women who are in the same journey, and potentially find partners for this. I currently live in Asheville, NC, and work as a climbing instructor.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
