Room for Rent in Summerlin.

Yet another room for rent ad!

My wife and I live in a 4 bedroom house and are looking to rent out a room beginning in June.  Cross streets are Westcliff and Cimarron, just south of the Summerlin Parkway. Easy access to Red Rock and Mt. Charleston. Also just down the street from the R2C2 gym. $750 / month for an individual, internet and utilities included. Lease would be month-to-month. We prefer people that are longer term and employed.

Your bedroom would be upstairs with private bath. Room is furnished with bed, dresser, lamp, and towels. There is a gear room for storage. We have a guest bedroom and occasionally have guests, in which case the bathroom would need to be shared. We "live with the seasons," and keep the thermostat in line with the outdoor temps to keep our electric bill reasonable. No pets pr couples please.

About us: we are both climbers in our early 40's and spend our free time climbing locally or traveling to climb. We have a varied work schedule and often times work away from home. We are early to bed, early to rise people and are quiet and low key. We are healthy eaters but try not to be too much of a kitchen hog. Moderate drinkers, 420 friendly (outdoors).
