Hello backcountry skiers... ( looking for +2 backcountry skiers to join into 3 guided days in Japan 2025 )

I was in Japan for most of January + first 2 weeks of February , this past season , 2024. Got to ski + skin - tour out of several chairlift areas into side-country through backcountry gates ... Tiene, Kokusai, Furano , Rusutsu, and one bc volcano skin - ski - day Takakchidaki . My Guide a Sapporo Japanese local, is a certified International / Japan mountain guide , is a 100% great person and a mountain professional. I have him booked again for next season, February 3, 4, 5 in 2025. I am looking for 2 backcountry - touring skiers to join together with me in these 3 guided backcountry skiing days. We will start from / stay at Asahikawa, Hokkaido city on these 3 days / nights. Reply here if interested , thanks. Matt C. . Photo here is in the Kokusai backcountry , Hokkaido, Japan.

Hello, Matt C. here ... Guides set daily fee is 300$usd , if there's 1 , 2, or 3 Guests. So w/ 3 Guests , it's only 100$usd each per day, + small $ for lunches + mileages ... My Guide has a nice ski - van for drives to the starts. What is your experience level in backcountry skiing ?

Great! I've been touring for almost a decade now, all in California (Sierra Nevada and Shasta), a few dozen days of experience total in a variety of conditions and settings, anything from powder chasing to survival skiing on Shasta, Whitney, etc. I've done AIARE 1 and AIAIRE Rescue, rescue was just last season. Emailing you as well Matt.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
