Moonboard App Issue?
|
I’ve been out of climbing for 6 weeks due to an injury (non climbing related), but train 3-4 days a week on a moonboard.
However, the number of benchmarks completed; 288 in the ranking section is still accurate

Check your emails that you have Moonboard account with. They sent an email on the way to update the app. That Could be the issue. Or if you can’t find that email just delete the app and then reinstall and re-log in |

I had to delete and reinstall the app, reset my password using the website, then login using username/password. The website rejected the iOS auto-generated password but didn't render an error message, but I was able to reset it by tweaking it a bit. (I'm not sure what I did exactly to get it to work; I just played around with characters / length until I could submit.) Once I did all that I was able to login again, logbook intact. FWIW I haven't tried logging in with Apple/Google since resetting everything. For whatever reason that has been buggy as hell for me in the past—at one point, it caused duplicate accounts to be created, which Moon support had to resolve for me—so I'm avoiding it for now. Reach out to them about the missing benchmarks / logbook. I bet that can be restored. |

I had the same exact problem and uninstalled and reinstalled even after having updated the app. It ended up working. |

Same for me. I needed to delete and reinstall the app (iOS). |

Out of curiosity, have any of you been able to use the contacts feature in the updated app? Hoping to share problem lists with the folks I train with but that feature seems broken. |
