Rampage Film Deep water location?

Hey all,

Was rewatching rampage earlier and noticed that there is no mention of where the location that the deep water bit at 57:00 is. Wondering if anyone knew all the movie says is, "The Road to Canada".

I’m guessing somewhere along Trinity or Smith rivers and tribs, given it shows up just after some north CA coast boulders? Haven’t seen a spot quite that nice in my limited exploration of the area, but signs that it could well exist! I got to hang with that gang for a couple days in Josh while they were cruising and shooting the film, recalling a well lit round of sunset pitch and put golf around hidden valley CG after some airy solos that I generously ‘spotted’ from the deck

Interesting I'll take a look, but yea just after the boulders on the north coast. Love the little bit of history seemed like quite a different world especially in the bouldering scene.
