Suspicious activity

Saw this dude today out solo on Riding Hood Wall while I was hiking. Couldn’t make out what he was doing, seemed more task orientated than just climbing for sport, but clearly not the time to do it as it rained significantly. Figured I’d let the locals know.

I’m so psyched to see the nerd on nerd violence when ya’ll figure this one out. The locals know exactly what’s going on in this pic.

I’d guess it’s the FA party removing hangers to prevent people from climbing Big Bad Wolf while it’s wet.
