How many Ice Festivals are there?

Out of curiosity I feel like i hear that there is a lot of Ice Climbing festivals around the USA and in other counties. I only know of three from where i am from and i was wondering if we could maybe make a list.

The three that i know are the 

  • Michigan Ice Fest, Munising MI
  • Sandstone Ice Festival, Sandstone MN
  • and the brand new Winona Ice Festival, Winona MN
