Ouray Ice Festival 2024 - Split Lodging/Transport/Partners

Hi,

I ll be attending the festival this year and flying from Boston to Montrose (after doing some reading as a European unfamiliar to the area, Montrose seems to be the best option rather than renting a car from Denver) on Jan 18th. I am wondering, if anyone would be willing to split lodging &/or transport. Thank you in any case.
