Endurance Workout on little home wall

Hello everyone, I have a small home wall at home similar to a spray wall. I would like to do endurance training on it. Are there any training plans or guidelines for this, e.g. 4 minutes climbing and 1 minute rest etc.?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I just saw a video where Ollie of Lattice training demonstrated this on a steep wall. I tried it and it worked very well for me. Basically you just keep your feet on the floor and adjust intensity by the position of your feet. It sounds and looks a bit silly, but it works.

I have an 8x8 25 degree spray wall in my basement and last week I attempted my first endurance workout on it. For me, it was wayy too hard to stay on for 4 min, or even 3 min. I ended up doing 30s on 30s off on mostly easy holds. I did 3 sets of 6 reps with 1 minute between sets. The first 30s felt so easy I thought about stopping and trying something else, but by the end I had built such a pump I could barely hang onto the jugs.

I do all endurance work on a 40 degree garage spray wall. For aerobic endurance, 1 min on/50 sec off. Substitute with whatever work:rest interval keeps you at an average level 3 pump for the duration. This type of workout needs to be at least 20 minutes, built up to as to as long as you like.

For power endurance, I made a 50 move circuit. Each time I send it, I make it harder. Keeps it simple.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
