Room for rent Colorado Springs

Have a small, furnished, 10' x 10' room with a small closet for month to month or yearly rent available. Has a full bed, dresser, side table, lamp, and nightstand. Willing to ditch my furniture if you have your own!

It's a small, 3 bedroom house (900 sq/ft) that needs yard work and various things done around the yard.The house has lots of character and is very lovable.

My house is my sanctuary and a place to come home to heal and drop in. Hoping to find someone who is on their healing journey and who is invested around the house.
