I've got the same tent, though mine is 20 years old. I've had to replace the zippers and gave up on the netting. Mine leaks badly in a heavy rain, and has numerous patches from rolls, bad pole insertions and crampons. It had a previous life as a rental. But it's still bombproof in wind. If yours is as beat up as mine, consider sewing them back on with a home machine, or a commercial one with a smaller needle. Seam sealer over the top should keep out the rain.
Any factory glue-on or iron-on patches may have trouble sticking to that old dirty fabric. But, if you want to experiment, try gluing on some pieces of nylon fabric down low, or where there is double fabric...like under the logo. Fabric glue is a thing, you can google it. But the best all purpose glue I know of is German Shoe glue. It's aimed at cobblers. Not sure if it would work for your Bibler ToddTex. Definitely do some small test strips.
Mountain tents have come a long way since the Bibler was invented
