Looks bigger than that ... maybe he should escape from Devoid at Cochise or Ament's Chimney outside Boulder.

I’d absolutely let this guy lead pitch 1 of Devoid for me! Pretty sure he’d poo his pants and ask beg to be taken back to prison.

In season 6 of the old Superman TV show, episode 2 The Magic Secret from 1958, Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen and Superman are trapped in a pit being bombarded with kyrptonite rays beamed from above. Superman is incapacitated. Oh, and then the walls in the pit start slowly closing in on them, to squish them to death. Jimmy Olsen uses a magic trick to put Lois Lane in a levitation trance. He learned the trick from his editor Perry White, who also put Lois in a levitation trance.

So, Jimmy uses Lois's trance-induced stiffness to wedge the walls open so they don't get squeezed to death. I am not kidding, people, this is serious. And then, and then, the magic secret happened - Jimmy Olsen climbed the chimney, and somehow disabled the ray, thus freeing Superman from the kryptonite shower.

So yeah, the escaped prisoner Jimmy Olsened out of there. So now you know there REAL origins of this specialized technique. the magic secret: Jimmy Olsening.

Is the “Superman” technique ever used by actual climbers on ultra-wide chimneys? I’ve thought of this before, but this is the first proof-of-concept I have seen haha. What’s the widest possible chimney one can climb, and how do you tackle it if not the Superman?

"I just want to ensure that we know the gravity of situation"

They're trying to figure out how he turned gravity off to make his escape.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
