Panamerican Highway - Colombia/Ecuador/Peru/Bolivia/Argentina/Chile

Hi Everyone,

I am in the midst of the panamerican Highway and will be in Colombia mid September, reaching Tierra de Fuego by the end of the year.

Are you in South America? I am looking for partners across the southern hemisphere to climb rocks and share the local goods. Extensive trad multi pitch experience at moderate grades, Spanish/English speaking and traveling with a great crag dog. Very open to recommendations and flexible on timing.

Hey Fletcher I'm climbing around south America from now through next year. Similar ambitions and some experience with the area. 

I'll be in Huaraz Peru later this month and pretty well acclimatized albeit light on gear if you wanted to get after some Alpine big mountain stuff

Otherwise I'll be down in Chile/argentine in the second half of October with all my equipment if you wanted to hit up stuff in Mendoza or valle de los cóndores

I'd love to jump in on this thread and say that my partner and I are planning a trip down to S America, sadly w/o our van (flying), so we'll be backpacking around. Fletcher, Just wanted to reach out... Wondering if you have an extra seat in your car?  I think I'll probably head down to Cochamo area (puerto Montt) late Oct/early Nov. and would be stoked to have a couple months of belationship.  I've spent several months in Cochamo valley and some time in Frey before... Would be pretty excited to be in Chalten by early Jan if you're keen.  Bonus points if you want to visit my friend who runs packrafting tours from Puerto Rio Tranquilo.  Let me know as the timeline gets closer if you're interested.  Either way, have a great season!
